AYUMI (“AYUMI”) respects your right to privacy.

This Privacy document describes what personal information AYUMI processes for the AYUMI video meeting service and why. AYUMI (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates The AYUMI mobile application (the “Service”). By using the AYUMI Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

What personal information does AYUMI process?

To provide the AYUMI service, AYUMI processes network and usage information including IP addresses for the meeting participants, the user specified URL used to host the meeting, and information about the phone numbers that connect to the meeting (if audio connection is made via a telephone call). In some cases, meeting related content, which may contain personal information, is temporarily stored to enable user functionality in a AYUMI video meeting. Examples include:

If you use the chat function, chat content is stored during the meeting.

If you record a meeting, the recording of the meeting is temporarily stored until it is uploaded to your file hosting service (e.g. DropBox, Google Drive etc).

If you livestream your meeting, video content is temporarily stored to buffer the livestream.

In addition, users of AYUMI have the option of providing name, email address, and link to a picture that will be displayed to participants in the meeting.
Types of Data Collected

1. Personal Data

While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Data”). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to: Email addressCookies and Usage Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”). We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our Service and hold certain information.
